Absolutely! Once your 360° memory is completed, you will receive a link that you can easily share with anyone you choose.

After you buy a package, we’ll contact you to set up a time for a call or send you instructions. This will help us understand what you need and guide you on how to capture your memories.

You will use your phone camera to take panoramic photos of the special places you want to remember. We’ll give you clear instructions on how to do this. If some photos aren’t good enough, we might ask you to take them again.

We’ll give you a special link to a Google Drive folder where you can easily upload all your photos, videos, and voice notes.

We will send you a link to check out the work in progress, so you can see how it’s coming along. You’ll also get a final link to see the completed 360° memory.

Yes! After your 360° memory is finished, you can choose to get a MemoryShard NFC. If you want a standard MemoryShard, you might need to pay for shipping

The time it takes to create your 360° memory can vary depending on the number of photos and videos and how quickly we receive everything. Typically, the process takes about 2-4 weeks from when we receive all your materials.
